Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is valued and I strive to provide high-quality based merchandise. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are offered unless the item you received is damaged.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, the following is required:
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
Once we review your claim and verify the damage, the item will either be replaced or a full refund will be issued.
Please note: Any other reason, including incorrect sizes, changes of mind, slight change in designs, or customer preferences, are no accepted. Exceptions may be made upon consultation and after you have contacted me.
